Black Rhino Game Lodge is beautifully situated within the Black Rhino Private Game Reserve, ideally located adjacent to the malaria free Pilanesberg National Park. This location offers guests the exclusivity of enjoying game drives on the private reserve as well as having access to the wide network of roads within the 58 000 ha Pilanesberg National Park.

Black Rhino Game Lodge Accommodation
Black Rhino Game Lodge comprises 18 luxurious and spacious bedroom suites. The units are en-suite with indoor baths and showers and a separate toilet. Most of the suites also boast outdoor showers. Each suite is air-conditioned and equipped with televisions, tea & coffee making facilities, mini bars and a private patio with views of the bushveld.

The Main Lodge at Black Rhino has a Restaurant and Bar which open out onto a viewing deck, overlooking a busy waterhole – offering excellent opportunities to watch birds and animals from the comfort of the Game Lodge. Evening meals are sometimes served in the boma – a special experience enjoyed under the starlit sky, around a crackling fire. Meals are prepared by a top class chef.

Black Rhino Game Lodge offers a true safari experience with opportunities to see a huge variety of wildlife, including Africa’s ‘Big 5’ and amongst others – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, warthog, giraffe, zebra, kudu, impala as well as exceptional bird watching experiences. Guided game drives are conducted twice daily, in the early mornings and late afternoon/early evenings when game activity is at its best. Game drives are conducted on both the private Black rhino Game Reserve as well as in the greater Pilanesberg National Park.

Built on the edge of a Tamboti tree forest, at the foot of an ancient volcanic crater - overlooking a waterhole and magnificent African bushveld – Black Rhino Game Lodge guarantees visitors a wonderful bush experience.
