56 Standard rooms which include twin beds, en-suite bathroom and outside shower tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar fridge, mini safe, air conditioning system and a covered patio. And 4 executive suites which include in addition to the standard room features, a lounge which can accommodate 2 children, television, fireplace and a private plunge pool.

Activities
Most of our guests
are at Ivory Tree for the thrill of the open vehicle safari. Ivory
Tree uses custom built 10 seater open game viewers which permit
maximum all around visibility. The park is home to a wide variety
of general game including the Big 5, in addition both species
of rhino occur, namely black and white, and cheetah and wild dog.
Each group of guests is assigned a personal guide who is tasked
with interpreting the sights and sounds of the African bush. Your
guide will spend time with you at dinners aswell and is always
around to ensure that you remain comfortable during your stay
with us. There are also a numerous activities which occur in and
around the Pilanesberg National Park, which include hot air ballooning,
elephant back rides and golf at the nearby Sun City complex.
Conservation Safaris
The concept
of involving guests in conservation exercises has traditionally
been beyond the reach of guests in national parks. At Ivory Tree
Game Lodge guests can partake in game capture activities, which
nclude branding, placing or removing collars, inserting micro
chips etc.

drive: Enjoy a drive in Pilanesberg with a highly trained and
specialist guide devoting all of your time to the feathered inhabitants
of the Bush. Pilanesberg boasts a bird count in excess of 280
species. Botany drive including medicinal uses of indigenous plants.

Bush is rivaled only by their number and clarity. Wildlife management

Wildlife
Lion, elephant, black
and white rhino, buffalo, leopard - Big Five- also cheetah and
wild dog - Magnificent seven.
Giraffe, zebra, warthog, baboon, monkey, hippo, crocodile, and
a variety of antelope including kudu, impala, waterbuck, Springbok,
Wildebeest, Eland, Blesbok, Tsessebe and Steenbok are regularly
seen, along with a number of the more elusive or less common animals.
With a bird population of over 250 different species. Bring your
binoculars!

by road, Johannesburg is only 175km, Pretoria 135km and Sun City
20km.
